All products supplied by A Glass Act remain the property of A.G.A. until full payment has been received, and funds have been cleared.
A Glass Act provides a beautiful unique style of glassware, hand decorated in Australia. No two glasses are exactly the same, but where required we will match two glasses to the best of our ability.
Our glitter is guaranteed to stay in-tact ONLY when glassware is handled with extreme care. Light hand wash ONLY, with NO cloth, NO scourers and products are NOT dishwasher safe. DO NOT pick or scratch glitter.
For all personalised orders, please check spelling, age and grammar are correct. A Glass Act will not be held responsible for any mistakes submitted. Actual colours may vary from the colour on your screen due to monitor colour restrictions and are not the responsibility of A Glass Act.
A Glass Act accepts payment via bank deposit or paypal. A Glass Act currently only accepts Australian currency.
Under NO circumstances will A.G.A refund any monies due to the customer simply just changing their mind. We will cheerfully exchange or offer credit for defective merchandise (only with original receipt, packaging in original condition and product has not been tampered with), it is the right of the decorator and owners of A.G.A to choose whether a refund is feasible. Clearance items are sold as-is and NO refunds or Exchanges are accepted.
All deposits paid by the individual that cancelled his/her order are non-refundable.
Postage & Delivery
A Glass Act takes all care required for safe packaging and postage to all destinations. A Glass Act holds no responsibility for any lost, stolen or broken items and is under the risk of the purchaser. If required A Glass Act will include postage insurance to cover any loss, breakages or damage to your order at the purchasers expense. The despatch date is the date orders are posted and can take up to a further 5 – 10 working days to be received in all Australian capital cities. Please note: no order or part-order will be delivered earlier than the discussed delivery dates.
A Glass Act holds no responsibility nor gives any warranty for any damage or injury suffered to any person or property if any mishap with our product should occur. A Glass Act hold no responsibility therefore the customer hereby indemnify A Glass Act against any claims, actions, suits, demands or costs made on or against A Glass Act by any personal injury or damage arising from any goods supplied by A Glass Act.
